Total Presence Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join a client's Finance & Analytics team. In this role, you will support key projects that enhance procurement processes, drive cost savings, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to develop your skills in procurement strategy, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and process inefficiencies.


• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.


• Collaborate with category managers and suppliers to track and report on key performance metrics.


• Contribute to spend analysis, supplier performance evaluation, and market research projects.


• Participate in process improvement initiatives by proposing data-driven solutions.


• Present findings and recommendations to senior team members and leadership at the conclusion of the internship

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program, preferably in Business Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.


• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
