Total Presence Management is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help support the Customer Service team of a World-Class Manufacturing Company. The candidate would be responsible for processing email and fax orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The candidate will also help support other projects as time permits, including handling inbound calls with a customer service mindset.

Details

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm

  • Location – Phoenix, Tempe or Flagstaff, AZ

  • Hybrid role working in office and remote

  • Commitment Period 6 months, could be extended


Responsibilities

  • Effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns through a variety of order channels

  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex scenarios leveraging internal resources

  • Effectively utilize internal ERP and CRM systems to support customer needs

  • Maintain accuracy and proficiency manage inventory related task

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless customer service

  • Effectively manage time to support project work as needed


Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Understanding of ERP and CRM systems

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and technology

  • Positive attitude and work ethic

  • Ability to collaborate and work with a team

  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management

  • Detail oriented and quality driven

  • Self-motivated and confident in resolving complex challenges independently

  • Be dedicated to serving both external and internal customers

  • Call Center experience preferred


Training provided:
In depth training of internal ERP and CRM systems, as well as internal reporting and research tools
Outlook and Microsoft Team overview




Job Types: Full-time, Contract





Pay: $23.00 per hour





Expected hours: 40 per week
