Who we are
Total Presence Management (“TPM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides staffing and recruiting services, and business payroll administration services, primarily in Arizona. We work with employers and job seekers/candidates. TPM does not offer consumer loans or credit and is not a lender.
1) Scope of this Policy
This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information from:
- Website/landing-page visitors (“Site Visitors”)
- Employers/business clients and their representatives (“Employer Clients”)
- Job seekers/candidates who apply for positions through our Job Board or otherwise (“Candidates”)
When we process worker information on behalf of Employer Clients (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration), we do so as a service provider/processor under our contract with the Employer Client. In those cases, the Employer Client’s privacy notices may also apply.
2) Information We Collect
a) Information you provide directly
- Identifiers & contact: name, email, phone, address, job title, company.

- Candidate applications: resume/CV, work history, education, certifications, shift/comp preferences, references, and other materials you submit.
- Communications: emails, messages, interview notes.
- Billing/contract (B2B): business address, payment info, tax IDs, signatures.
b) Information collected automatically (Site Visitors)
- Device/usage data: IP, browser, pages viewed, time on page, referrers.

- Background-screening providers (for Candidates) when authorized by you and/or requested by an Employer Client.
- Payroll/HR platforms (for Employer Clients and, where applicable, for workers we administer payroll for on behalf of an Employer Client).
3) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide services to Employer Clients (recruiting, candidate screening/placement, onboarding, and business payroll administration).
- Operate the Job Board and hiring process for Candidates (evaluate fit for roles, schedule interviews, communicate status).
- Respond to inquiries and manage relationships with Site Visitors, Candidates, and Employer Clients.
- Operate, secure, and improve our Site, systems, and services.
- Business operations (accounting, compliance, recordkeeping, legal, fraud prevention).
- Communications about services, account status, policy changes, or opportunities you request.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
4) Our Roles & Responsibility
- For Site Visitors and Employer Client contacts, TPM acts as a business/controller.
- For Candidate data processed for a specific Employer Client, and for payroll/HR data administered for that Client, TPM acts as a service provider/processor and uses the information only to deliver the contracted services, following the Client’s instructions and applicable law.
5) Sharing of Information
We share information only as needed to deliver services and run our business:
- Service providers under contract (hosting, analytics, ATS/CRM, background checks, payroll/HR software, IT/security, communications). They must protect information and use it only to serve TPM.
- Employer Clients (for Candidate data you submit for roles with that Client, and for payroll/HR data we administer for that Client).
- Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition) where permitted by law.
- Legal and safety: to comply with valid legal requests or protect rights and security.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information with third parties for their cross-context behavioral advertising.
6) Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies for site functionality and Google Analytics 4 for aggregate, non-personalized analytics.
- Manage cookies in your browser settings.
- Opt-out tools: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and https://adssettings.google.com.
- We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
7) Candidate-Specific Disclosures
Applying for a job: When you apply, you authorize TPM to process your application for open roles, share your application with relevant Employer Clients, contact you about opportunities, and retain your profile for future matching (you can ask us to delete it at any time, subject to legal requirements).
Background checks: If a role requires background screening conducted by a third-party consumer reporting agency, we will provide you with required FCRA disclosures and obtain your written authorization separately. You may request a copy of any consumer report and dispute inaccuracies with the reporting agency.
No candidate fees: TPM does not charge Candidates fees for placement.
8) Payroll & HR Administration (Business Clients)
For Employer Clients that engage TPM to provide business payroll administration, TPM processes worker information (e.g., onboarding data, hours, compensation, tax forms) as a service provider to that Employer Client. TPM uses such information only to deliver payroll/HR services under the Client’s instructions and applicable law.
9) Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We retain information only as long as necessary to (i) provide requested services, (ii) comply with legal, tax, and audit obligations, (iii) resolve disputes, and (iv) enforce agreements.
