Human Resource Advisor


Pays Weekly

2-3 Years Experience in Human Resources 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serving as primary point of contact for providing solutions to HR needs

  • Handling inquiries and requests from associates

  • Taking personal responsibility for resolving issues for associates, resolution requires coordination outside of the team or function

  • Managing cases and thoroughly documenting details of all inquiries and other work presented by associates and the business using HR Services tools

  • Informing and guiding associates to HR policies, processes, and guidelines effectively, consistently, and culturally aligned to support our associates and business needs

  • Establishing relational connection and subject matter credibility, where applicable, with leaders and associates across region(s) to deliver a great associate experience

  • Full time; Monday-Friday from 8 am - 5pm.  This is a 6-month contract position.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years' HR or customer service experience

  • High degree of computer literacy, and an interest in learning new systems

  • Exceptional written, oral, and listening skills, along with a high level of professionalism

  • Demonstrate independent judgment and critical thinking skills resolving needs

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree, preferably in Human Resources (Preferred)

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification (Preferred)

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, IBM Notes, CRM System (Preferred)
