Total Presence Management is seeking a Spa Coordinator to join valued client in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients in an enthusiastic and professional manner
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist nurse and staff with spa duties to ensure clients are comfortable
  • Knowledge of services provided and ability to make recommendations
  • Using applicable software programs and other business-related documents
  • Ensuring spa is organized and tidy
  • Providing administrative support when needed
  • Managing and ordering non-medical office supplies and retail inventory as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Supporting daily duties of medical professionals as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Available to work 5 consistent days, including 1 weekend day per week
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship and hospitality skills
  • Interested in alternative/preventative health and wellness
  • Sales experience is not required but recommended
  • Proficient computer skills including Google Workspace, Excel, Word and other basic technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Commission opportunity available for sales of packages)
