Total Presence Management is seeking a Spa Coordinator to join valued client in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients in an enthusiastic and professional manner
- Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist nurse and staff with spa duties to ensure clients are comfortable
- Knowledge of services provided and ability to make recommendations
- Using applicable software programs and other business-related documents
- Ensuring spa is organized and tidy
- Providing administrative support when needed
- Managing and ordering non-medical office supplies and retail inventory as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Supporting daily duties of medical professionals as assigned
Qualifications:
- Available to work 5 consistent days, including 1 weekend day per week
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship and hospitality skills
- Interested in alternative/preventative health and wellness
- Sales experience is not required but recommended
- Proficient computer skills including Google Workspace, Excel, Word and other basic technology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Commission opportunity available for sales of packages)
